Jewelry Connection is a unique and customizable Hardware/Software system to manage all aspect of the Jewelry Retail or Wholesale business. The computer system is seamlessly integrated with scales, cameras, and scanners to optimize versatility and operation. It can be utilized by Retailers, Wholesalers, Manufacturers, and Diamond Dealers. With built in materials management, manufacturers can have 100% control of their raw material and finished good inventories and accurate cost structure of finished products.
We will acquire, install calibrate, and maintain all hardware required.
Special features:
v Scales are hooked up to workstations to eliminate mistakes in manual weighing and data entry.
v Prices are calculated automatically according to that day’s London Fix Gold Price.
v The program automatically calculates prices for specific grades of gold based on item number parameters.
v It can handle Gold, Silver, Platinum, and different Gemstones.
v Built in camera and scanner acquisition feature allows the instant storage and retrieval of immaculate images at point of sale or in inventory management.
v A separate option for Catalog Creation using the existing database of images is available.
v Accounts Payable and Account Receivable programs are customized to allow balances of gold and dollar simultaneously.
v Jewelry Connection will keep track of separate material and labor costs at an item level for each customer. The program automatically defaults to the labor price last used for that customer whereas the material price is calculated according to that day’s London Fix.
