In January 2013, Pricon launched a professional services organization.  Our strategy is to provide our customers with infrastructure services and support in a methodical and process focused approach that fit their specific needs.  

We understand in today’s demanding business environment the demand on your infrastructures services is greater than ever.  We understand the constraints to do more with less, commodization and focus on business deliverables  this is where strategy is key.
 

  • Network – Network architecture, implementation, security, monitoring, optimization, cloud services and support for Cisco, Juniper and Avaya.
  • Telecom – Provisioning of data, voice and cloud services for hosted voice solutions. Telco security, design and integration services. We also offer account management support to deal with billing issues, trouble tickets and moves/adds/changes.
  • Security – Full environmental security assessments, audits, penetration testing and regulation compliance.
  • Storage – From simple file access and virtualization to databases storage is a cornerstone of IT Infrastructure.  We offer implementation, management including deduplication and storage tiering, replication, disaster recovery, virtualization, backups and backup optimization, monitoring and support and training of NetApp, HP storage systems.
  • Virtualization – Architecture, design, implementation, optimization, migration, management and support. Platforms: Vmware, Hyper –V, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
  • Exchange – Architecture, implementation, migration services, management. Exchange 2003, 2007, 2010 soon to be 2013.
  • Citrix – Full lifecycle of implementation and support services. VDI, Xen platforms, Presentation Server, NetScalers, Cloud Platforms technologies.
  • Server Administration – Consolidation, optimization, management of server and data center environments. Augmented staff services, Long or short deployment needs.
